Amazing Mustard Roast Carrots

These are one of our all time favorite vegetable side dishes. The perfect accompaniment to your Holiday Turkey or ideal for weeknight meals as well!

Ingredients:

  1. One Bunch of Carrots, peeled and julienned
  2. 1/4 Cup Honey
  3. 1/4 Cup Mustard of your choice
  4. 1/2 Cup Olive oil
  5. 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Pressed
  6. Fresh Rosemary to taste
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Coat Carrots thoroughly with mixture
  3. Cover Bowl and refrigerate
  4. Preheat oven to 350 Farenheight
  5. Cover cookie sheet with foil, Roast carotts 10-15 minutes to desired firmness
